General characteristics

Suitable for the Rack’s transport, with sterilisation’s container guides.
Structure entirely realized with stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) plate, ribbed, strengthened and mechanical solicitation’s resistant.
All the joint welding are performed with robotized TIG procedure, with following surface’s polishing, guaranteeing a perfect uniformity of the parts.
Antitorsion base Structure, built with rectangular tubular in stainless steel, settled with TIG procedure. Sandwich doors formed by double plate, separated by an expended polyurethane panel. A circumference profile in siliconic rubber, works as gasket during the closing of the doors.
The closing happens through butterfly handle in nylon fibre glass, which acts on double pole with superior and inferior block.
Doors with double opening, at 255° (besides the 270°,parallelly at the headings) allowing a perfect inside and external washing.
Circumference bumper with PEHD profiles.
Endowed with n. 4 vertical push handles placed at the corners. (one for each corner).
The inside is suitable to receive the columns for the steri-container carry single, double and triple RACK.
Equipped with n. 4 grey antimark rubber wheels (2 fix and 2 swivel wheels), diam. 160, with roll chests in inox with support in galvanized steel.
